Adult Coaching - sample costs

How far will you travel to provide in person tutoring coaching?

  • This depends on what I'm providing, for kids I’ll travel up to 20 miles from my home base AB54 7PA, any further additional time/travel costs can be agreed. For adult coaching it will depend on the bespoke package we agree.

Can the kids course be taught in school, or to other larger groups of children?

  • Yes! It was originally designed for school classrooms, however Covid lockdowns resulted in the course being developed for 1-2-1 and small group delivery in person and online.
  • I am certified to deliver the kids course in schools and am happy to discuss this with Head-teachers or Guidance staff in schools in the North East of Scotland.
  • The kids course could be delivered to other groups of children or young people e.g. in sports clubs and can help young people with anxieties over performance. Please contact me to discuss this.
  • I’m open to provide talks about the kids course and its approach to local groups, including PTA's, just contact me and ask.

How long will it take for my child to feel better?

  • This will be dependant on the child, and how well the message sinks in. Additional reinforcement of the message at home will help.
  • The first four sessions focus on how the psychological system works and as your child starts to understand this they should start to see the world from a different perspective, this should build as we move through the following sessions and touch on their particular issues.
  • After that, it will depend on you using the language you learnt in the process to point your child back to their internal wellbeing until it becomes a habit for them. I also can't guarantee that once they have learnt this, that they won't try and point you back to your internal wellbeing. I have heard of that happening in families I have worked with.
